Missing an issue?
All claims of missing issues must be received within 3 months of
the issue date to avoid postage charges. After that point,
subscribers will be required to pay postage for a replacement. For example: subscribers missing the January issue have until April 30 to request a replacement without paying postage.
ASHS will send one replacement issue with notification within the
claim period. Claims received after the 3-month claim period will be
filled after receipt of the postage due to ship the missing issue.
